The State Map at a scale of 1:5,000 (SM 5) is a large-scale state map work. It shows the territory of the Czech Republic in a continuous set of map sheets on 16,301 map sheets. The dimensions of the map field with a displayed area of 5 km2 are 50 x 40 cm. The dimensions and markings of the map sheets are derived from the sheets of the state map on a scale of 1:50,000, divided into 10 columns and 10 layers, the name of the sheet is supplemented with column and layer numbers.
The interval of the gyroscopes is 1, 2, and 5 m. Only with the SMO5 and SM 5 R can we encounter a contour interval of 2.5 m.
